Another Dance Photo Piece

I did this one for my daughter's ballet photo.  I used a 12x12 piece of patterned paper from the Emporium paper packet.  I also used stamped images from the Felicity and True Friends stamp sets.  Colors are Twilight, Crystal Blue and Sweet Leaf.

Emporium Easter Layout

Here's another layout I finished on my scrapbooking getaway. I originally did not create this layout for use with my family Easter photos, but with the birds and the colors, it worked perfectly. Emporium is one of my most favorite kits of all time from CTMH. I paired the Emporium background and texture papers with some stamps I made with the Bird Basics set and branches from the Aspiration set. This layout is from the Cherish book and I added an Edge Anchor with some Vineyard Berry Organdy ribbon for that finishing touch.

Card Keeper Box

I made this beautiful box to hold my cards using the My Creations Memory Keeper - only $6.95 for the box! This is a fabulous place to hold cards, 3-D items, memorabilia, photos, anything really! I used papers from the Emporium kit, Vineyard Berry and Cocoa cardstock, My Stickease from the Emporium kit, and added some various chipboard letters to spell out "cards" which I colored with Cocoa ink. It came together so fast and easy! I love that the flap has a magnetic closure to hold everything in and how it is so strong and sturdy. I've stuffed a lot of cards in there! I plan on making one for my husband Tony to hold all of the momentos from his recent baseball state championship game - look for that post in the next month or two!

Gift Frames

These are frames we'll be making at my upcoming workshop later this month. I made a bunch of them for gifts for our family last Christmas and I thought it would make a fun workshop! For my frames, I used the Emporium paper packet and the Emporium Creative Basics papers, Vineyard Berry ribbon found in the Creative Basics packet, die-cut shapes using Twilight and Cocoa cardstocks, Sweet Leaf craft buttons and some Colonial White Waxy Flax. I used Mod Podge to adhere the papers to the frames and seal the front to make the paper smooth to the touch. I found the frames at Craft Warehouse.

They make great gifts and are a wonderful addition to any home decor!
